Bryah Resources (ASX:BYH) has purchased a 0.75% smelter royalty over two mining leases and four exploration licences that form part of the Bryah Basin manganese project.
The royalty relates to manganese rights over the existing 3.066Mt at 20.2% manganese resource at Bryah Basin, purchased in return for 100 million BYH shares.

Bryah Resources (ASX:BYH) is trading 45.45% higher at $0.016 per share on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as of 4.10pm AEST today (3 June).
It follows a 29 May announcement that in conjunction with its joint venture partner OM (Manganese) flora survey has atarted on the manganese mining licences in the Bryah Basin.
OMM is a wholly owned subsidiary of OM Holdings (ASX:OMH), one of the world’s leading suppliers of manganese ores.
Bryah Resources (ASX:BYH) has kicked off a flora survey for its manganese mining licences, held with joint venture partner OM Ltd. Manganese prices have lifted by about 4.52% since the beginning of 2025, prompting Bryah to push the project toward production.
